I am a student at a high school and i do not have full priviliges to the local C: drive. With these restrictions on my computer i cannot open the designer.exe file. It is running in the processes but not appearing in the applications in the task manager.

You are able to run the program with the admin privileges who has full access to the C: drive. I was wondering if when you start the designer.exe program if it is trying to save something into the C: drive, and if so where we could go to find. it.

Please let me know the following:

1. Which school are you from?

2. What version of Windows are you running?

3. What is the date and time stamp of the version of Designer.exe that you are running?

4. Are there any error messages, or you simply do not see the Designer window?

5. Are you able to run the Ignition engine OK without admin privileges?

Thanks

To begin with, your version of Designer is not recent. Since this is installed at a school and you have a support type of question, your teacher will need to get a hold of us directly.
